HU / HU-Plus HME Tablets
The BMC HU & HU-PLUS Heat Moisture Exchange (HME) tablets are disposable and should be replaced every month once opened, regardless of whether they have been used continuously or not.
BMC HU Heat Moisture Tablet: will provide comfortable humidification and can be used for most climates and sleep environments.
BMC HU-Plus Heat Moisture Tablet: Is optimised for dry climates and high-altitude environments, like aircraft, where humidity is low.
